Formed by trainers and consultants with extensive commercial and academic backgrounds, RTS Environmental Ltd recognise their ability to impact the Environment in two ways.

First, through their own actions, by the use of natural resources such as fossil fuels and timber related products, resulting in the inevitable pollution and other Environmentally damaging impacts these cause.

Second and perhaps more importantly, they are able to exert an influence over all those people, businesses and Public Bodies with whom they interact.

In order to ensure this influence is both positive and favourable, RTS Environmental Ltd will carry out their business in such a manner that they:-

• Comply with all existing legislation, whilst seeking out and informing others of any known impending legislation.
• Control, reduce and wherever possible eliminate, any pollution directly attributable to their activities whilst advising, encouraging and educating others to do likewise.
• Strive to continually improve their own Environmental performance and through the development of training programmes and general awareness levels, seek to encourage and assist others in their own continual improvement.

In order to achieve these goals, RTS Environmental Ltd will periodically carry out a review of the aspects of it’s business activities and the likely impact of those aspects upon the Environment. This will enable the setting of objectives to reduce that impact.  Aspects to be reviewed will include; transport, paper-use, electronic technology, purchasing policy, training programmes and any other ways in which the company can positively influence others.
