Margaret Munro, an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, and Malcolm Wilkins, a full Member, have designed and managed Environmental training programmes for many diverse organisations, such as

J C Bamford (Excavators) Ltd, Express Dairies, Games Workshop, Mansfield District Council, Rolls Royce Plc, Severn Trent Water, Siemens, Tarmac and Vauxhall Motors Plc.

With backgrounds in industry and commerce, they have been responsible for the design and implementation of Environmental and Quality management systems in various industrial sectors throughout the UK , Europe and the Middle East .

Terry Hector was, until recently, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Biological Sciences, De Montford University, where he lectured in Microbiology and Environmental Studies. Overseas work includes advising the University of Massachusetts on course structures and the design and delivery of environmental management training programmes in Brazil .

Dr. Kenneth Westlake qualified as a Microbiologist, later transferring to the field of Waste Management. Within this, he has worked as a University Lecturer, having published more than 40 scientific and waste management publications, in addition to presenting publications at international conferences.

In the role of Environmental Consultant, he has worked in various parts of the world as well as the UK, and has undertaken and managed contracts in landfill development, contaminated land site assessment, waste facility auditing (in the process/manufacturing industry, landfills, incinerators, waste treatment plants and transfer stations), environmental audits (for acquisitions) and waste minimisation within an industrial environment.

In addition, he has designed and managed many training programmes for the Environment Agency.

Bruce Smith Bsc Msc Cphys MinstP MIOA, has more than fifteen years experience in acoustic consultancy. Formerly Head of Noise Research at British Coal, he specialises in Environmental and Planning noise and witness testimony.

Bob Huthwaite is a Chartered Chemist, whose industrial responsibilities have included setting up quality systems for Ministry of Defence Assessment and ISO9000, within the fields of engineering, heavy refining and effluent control and in recent years he has been involved with the development of speciality detergents and solvents. He is also a qualified a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.
